Piotr Różański

I represent clients in legal proceedings before both common and administrative courts. An important element of my practice is conducting administrative proceedings and advising clients on various aspects of real estate law.

My experience includes providing comprehensive legal services for large investment projects, such as shopping centres, class A office buildings, hospitals, and sports facilities, all while considering the business context of such projects.
I have practised in firms serving companies in the construction, property development, automotive, and defence industries.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and completed postgraduate studies in company law at the Warsaw School of Economics.

I have been a licensed bankruptcy trustee and restructuring adviser since 2015.

I love to read. In the winter I ski, and I am currently learning to golf. In the future, I dream of getting a pilot’s licence.
