With over twenty-five years of professional experience, I specialise in real estate transactions, property development projects, and matters relating to the investment and construction processes, as well as real estate management and spatial planning.

I advise both major property developers and individual investors on construction law and contracts with architects, general contractors, and subcontractors. I have comprehensively handled the preparation, development, and commercialisation of numerous residential and office projects. I provide opinions on issues relating to property audits and transaction structure, including financing, and I advise banks and borrowers on preparing loan documentation, including regarding securities.

I am an experienced negotiator and trial attorney, representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings before courts and authorities at all levels.

My particular areas of interest include regulation of the complex legal status of real estate and the negotiation of “good neighbour” agreements.

In my spare time I enjoy boxing and playing tennis. I love cycling and skiing holidays.
