Angelika Miecznikowska (Borejsza)

I provide ongoing civil, commercial, corporate and labour law services to businesses, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance by creating and updating internal procedures and company manuals. I also specialise in data protection law.

I have unique experience in educational law and education-related contracts. I have represented clients in civil and administrative proceedings and have provided services to real estate entities.

As a published author, I have attended conferences on civil, real estate, and inheritance law.

Fully proficient in English at a professional level, I hold an Advanced Legal English for Polish Purposes Certificate.

Having graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. I have been active in the legal field since 2015.

My passions are music, psychology, and meteorology. I’m a fan of extreme experiences, such as hot air ballooning and bungee jumping. I love to travel to places with great food.
