I specialise in real estate and financial law, including banking law, and advise clients on a wide range of issues regarding business law.

I represent investors in real estate acquisitions and advise them on financing their transactions and investment projects. I have been involved in dozens of transactions involving the financing of residential developments, shopping centres, and office buildings.

In my twenty-five years of practice, I have worked with leading Polish property developers as well as banks and credit institutions; this includes the Polish branch of one of the largest credit institutions in Europe, to which I have provided legal services for more than ten years. I work with banks and other financial institutions on funding transactions, both for property development projects and other areas of business.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

In my free time I run, swim, and cycle. I am fascinated by Chinese history and culture. I am passionate about travel, both near and far.
